You have a new job and can no longer attend your regular English class.
Write a letter to the English school. In your letter:
- describe the situation
- explain the problem
- say what you would like to happen now that you cannot attend the lesson.

Dear Mr Smith,

I am writing to inform you that I will not be able to take part in the daily English class henceforth. I got a full-time appointment with a company, which I am expected to start immediately.

I am very excited to have gotten the dream job as I have waited for it for almost three years and I have been advised to start as soon as possible. However, I am not happy that I will need to stop the English class now that my online English test is coming up in the next 3 months.

I had made a complete payment for the course which covers till the time I will write the test. Conversely, it will be difficult for me to attend the English class because the job will require me to travel to South Africa for a 6-month training.

Subsequently, I will not be able to attend the class, I would appreciate it if the 3-month lesson fee can be prorated and refunded to me.

I look forward to receiving your favourable reply soon.

Yours faithfully,
Bunmi Abioye.
