You have a problem with a neighbor. Write a letter to your neighbor. i your letter. Describe the problem. say how long it has been a problem. Explain what action you want the neighbors to take
Dear Mr. Paul,
My name is Alex, a resident of house no. 18 which is located next to your flat. I am writing this letter to express my problems because of your vehicle’s parking which often spotted in front of my house.
I am going out early morning to drop my kids at school as their timing has recently been changed due to the winter. However, I am unable to take out my car out from the garage because you have been parking the vehicle in front of my main gate for the last two weeks which often leads us to a delay in reaching the school. Due to this, my kids have received a warning letter yesterday to reach school on time otherwise, they would be charged with $100 fine. Besides, we had an emergency last night when my kid starts vomiting midnight and we must rush to the hospital very quickly. However, I couldn’t able to take out my car because of the above-mentioned problem, and barely managed via booking a ride on Uber.
I would appreciate it if you could park the vehicle in your designated spot, so we don’t have to face a similar problem in the future.
Thank you for understanding this matter, I hope you will give a though, and take care next time.
Yours sincerely,
Alex
