Dear John,
I am writing this regards to the frequent late night noise from you house.
I can see that you have rented your property to the students. I have been living in this neighborhood for about 15 years. I never had any issues so far, but recently i can see that these students having party almost thrice a week. The party seems to start around 8 pm and last till 2-3 am in the morning. Also they are lots of rubbing thrown in front side of the house.
Initially, I have spoken the issue with the student and their agreed to reduce the noise at the night time. But its been like this for almost 3 days in the row. I have some medical issues due to this noise i cant sleep properly. Even the neighborhood is not happy about it. As most of the neighborhood are family orientated and the noise is not appreciated.
I would really suggest you to take an action as this would lead a major tread to the society, If nothing is done. I am afraid I need to contact the GARDA for the help. Its better to rent the house to a family or a mature students rather than teenagers.
I hope you can dealt with the issue as soon as possible.
best regards,
Kris
