You have recently attended a job interview which went well, but you are still waiting for the decision. Write a letter to HR manager of the company and say
– Give details of the job.
– Why do you think the interview went well?
– Why do you need to know the result?
Dear Sir,
I appeared for an interview in your corporation on Thursday. I am writing to seek some information regarding the result of my interview.
Last month, I applied for the position of Full Stack Developer in your company. After clearing a couple of written tests and technical round, I was called for the personal interview. Since my academic skills were evaluated earlier, in this interview, my salary and location were discussed, along with my personality test.
From my perspective, I surely impressed the interviewer, partly with my educational qualifications and remaining with my enthusiasm for extracurricular activities. However, I have not received any feedback from the HR team.
Apart from applying to your firm, I also submitted my application to another company. Although the remuneration is not up to my expectation, I received an employment offer from that company. In case, I get hired by you, I would decline this offer, otherwise, I will have to accept it.
I hope you would understand my situation and provide me with the results of my performance. I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Tina
