I writing this letter to cancel my tickets from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 6th October 2019 by 8 A.M. I booked those tickets from your travel agency unfortunately I want to cancel those tickets due to a medical emergency.
I want to give brief information about the tickets that I booked from your agency. I have an international conference in Hyderabad on 6th October 2019. I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad through your agency and the ticket Number is JKL0456 and the Flight number is KFG00046.
I want to explain briefly, Yesterday night my younger brother met with an accident. His friends joined him in the nearest hospital. The doctor suggested to me that his condition was too critical and try to join in Maxcure hospital it is having all facilities for his emergency operation. The Operation was successful but he needs complete bed rest. So I want to take care of him.
I am very grateful, Either If you could arrange the ticket on another day or cancel the tickets and give me the cancellation refund amount.
