Dear Mr. Hashmi,
I am writing in regard to my recent trip to Los Angeles which I took to attend conference on Project Management. My flight experience was good I did not felt discomfort, although, I faced difficulties on airport.
I flew from Dubai in Qatar Airways flight # 237XA on Saturday night and reached Los Angeles international airport on Sunday evening. Apart from travel sickness, my travel was pleasant.
On reaching airport, I faced two problems, first one of which was security check. I had to wait more than two hour just for clearance. Secondly, after checking I was unable to find my luggage and to my astonishment I found no responsible person to ask to.
I purpose to upgrade your staff by hiring qualified persons and establish separate department for luggage so that these issues could be fixed.
I hope to see these changes in my next trip.
