You have recently ordered an item through the Internet, but you are not happy with the product.
Write to the company. In your letter:
• describe what you purchased
• explain why you are not happy with the product
• tell them what you would like them to do about it
You should write at least 150 words.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a frequent customer and member of your Gold shopping club. I am writing to complain about the wrist watch which I ordered from your website Nyka on 23rd October.
The wrist watch I ordered is an analog watch manufacture by Addidas and has a beautiful chain as per the image shown on your website. When I ordered the watch, I was assured that it was the best ever product of Addidas.
However, the condition of watch is totally opposite. Although, it was well packet, the chain of the watch was not good condition. To make matters worse, when I tried it on my wrist, the chain was broken into two pieces. As a result, I was unable to wear it on my birthday.
I logged complain on the same day to make the replacement and your company send assurance message the delivery boy will collect this watch within two days for replacement. It is extremely disappointing that I have not had any communication with them yet.
I would like to request an immediate replacement for the wrist watch. Furthermore, I would appreciate a compensation for the inconvenience caused to me.
I look forward to your prompt reply.
Your Sincerely,
Aman
