Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I am Jacob Brown, a resident of 47 Notting Hill, London. Through this letter, I would like to express my disappointment with the flight crew of your company having flight number UKV1234, from London to Amritsar.
As a matter of fact, I traveled through your airline on 31st April, 2020 on flight bearing number UKV1234 along with my 1-year old son from London to Amritsar. Since I had booked an Indian vegetarian meal, I was assured that I will be getting authentic Indian food. However, during my flight when I was expecting my food the flight crew served me a non-vegetarian meal and on enquiring from the crew member Mr. William conveyed that no such order was placed from my end and started misbehaving with me when I showed him the confirmation email I received while ordering the food.
Having said that, as I was traveling with a toddler, I had no other option to feed my child with the non-vegetarian sandwich and I had to manage my hunger with water. I expect you to not only refund my travel expenses as your crew has exploited my religious view, but also to take necessary action against the crew member. Moreover, I expect an apology from the crew member to be sent to me.
Therefore, I expect a quick retrospective action from your side, otherwise I will be left with no option other than to file a complaint against the crew member and your company. Thanking you in anticipation.
