You have recently visited a tourist attraction and were very pleased by the help given to you by the staff. Write a letter to the staff manager and say
– Give details of your visit.
– Describe how the staff helped you.
– What do you want the manager to do?
Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing this letter to show my gratitude for the service that I got from your workforce. Allow me to explain why I would like to tell you this.
Last week, I went to visit Cox’s Bazar sea beach which is situated beside your Grand Sultan resort. After reaching the resort, I and my family members took rest and in the afternoon, we went to the seashore and passed quality time there. At night, we got back to the hotel room and discover that we left our bag in the coast area. I, immediately, informed this to your staff and asked for help. Without any delay, he informed it to the tourist police and he, himself, went to the place to check the lost property. After couple of hours, he came back with the carrier without any kinds of missing.
Now, I want you to issue a letter of appreciation to the staff so that others can get motivation to dedicate themselves for the welfare of others.
I look forward to hearing from you soon,
R
