You have seen an advertisement for an evening course to study a foreign language. Write a letter to the institution offering the course. In your letter ask for details of the course, ask if the course teachers are qualified native speakers, request that the institute sends you their brochure.

Dear Sir,

I am writing in reference to inquire about the Spanish language course that your institute has been executed and you have advertised in daily newspaper.

To make the situation vivid, I am enthusiastic to join the course as I work in an international company that has speared-world costumers. I have just finished the intermediate Spanish course tow month age and now, L eagerly want to investigate more detail about the curriculum and teachers. Since, the newspaper advertisement was brief, I would like to know if the teachers are native, because the native speakers give better commands as they know not only academic linguistic knowledge but also urban one and idioms. Additionally, extra information about the issues like fee structure, duration, days of the course and teacher’s names, would help me to make the finest decision.

Finally, I ask if it is possible to send me a detailed brochure about the course and the competitive advantage of your institute over against others.

Looking forward to your response

Yours faithfully

Shima
