Dear Sir or Madam,

I am a fourth-year student at London College and I am writing this letter to inform about some of my problems regarding room sharing at the college dormitory. Let me explain a bit more.

As I am a last year student at the college and studying pharmacy, I need to do a lot of laboratory work and hence, accommodation within the college campus is beneficial for me. However, the room which I am currently sharing with another student is a double room and my roommate is from the music school. As he is also having a lot of homework regarding music, he used to try lots of musical instrument and experiments on different musical notes. Therefore, whenever, he starts his after-class-activities at the room, it becomes difficult for me to concentrate on my study. The objective of my letter is not to write any complaint about him, rather, I must appreciate his hard work and dedication for the music. But, I am unfortunate since my style of studying is not matching with his ones. Therefore, separating us in the different rooms might resolve the problem.

Since, I am from Pharmacy background, sharing a room in the same dormitory with the same faculty would be wise. Moreover, this will help me prepare myself more strongly for the final exam since we can share a lot of our reading materials and class notes smoothly.

I look forward to hearing back very soon and expecting a prompt action from the college authority since I do not have much time for my final grade exam.

Yours faithfully,

Kumar S Sampad.
