Dear Sir,
I am writing in order to express my concerns over the current room-sharing arrangement.
I am currently staying in a double-bedded room in ‘Madam Curie’ hostel and facing privacy issues. Firstly, the current setup of the rooms does not allow enough space for an individual and to add to this, this limited space has to be shared between two. To make matter worse, my current roommate is a gregarious person and her big friend circle finds our room to be a party spot. Since I am currently preparing for UPSC examination, I find this constant noise and disturbances unbearable. Though I have personally put forward my grievances but that have mostly fallen upon the deaf ears.
Therefore, I request you to kindly change my accommodation to a single bedded room and update me about the increased charges. I do not wish to lose my valuable time further and request you to make the arrangements at the earliest.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully
