You paid for a holiday overseas, but the holiday was very disappointing. Write a letter to the travel company. In your letter explain which holiday you went on. describe why the holiday was disappointing. tell the company what you want them to do
Dear Madam/Sir,
I am writing to express my disappointment in the services provided by your company in my recent trip to Thailand. Last month, on July the 3rd, I purchased the holiday plan number 3 to Bangkok for my honeymoon with my wife. The package included two flight tickets, 10 nights at a 5-star hotel with breakfast and dinner.
Respectfully, let me explain the reason of my complain. First and foremost, the hotel's condition was not suitable. It was far away from the city's sightseeing, the staff were extensively rude and uncooperative, and the meals were not self-service which is the basic requirement of a 5-star hotel. Another problem was with the airport shuttle to the hotel which was 2 hours late without any appropriate explanation.
I believe that your company is a prestigious one which absolutely cares about customer satisfaction. Thus, I wanted to kindly advise on the situation and request compensation, considering the fact that it was my honeymoon, the one special travel of everybody's life. It would be also very thoughtful of you if you could provide alternative options for the choice of hotel.
Yours Sincerely,
Alexander Brown
