You paid for a one-month English language course at a college oversea but you cannot attend write a letter to the college administrator. In the letter:
Introduce yourself and give details of the course
Explain why you are unable to attend the course
say what you would like to do
Dear Sir/Mam,
I am writing to request my withdrawal from the English language course for international migrants.
I am currently working as a Software Developer and having more than six years of experience. Although I know English at a basic level, my new job in the country requires me to have at least intermediate proficiency. The English language course that I applied for will provide sufficient course material to qualify.
Earlier this week, unfortunately, I have received an email stating that the position is no longer needed by the client, so they deferred my joining. Because I am no longer traveling to the US, I would not be able to enroll myself.
I would request to you to reverse the fees which I have deposited in full at the time of booking. However, if there are any deductions, you could let me know. I am attaching my bank details to this letter.
I hope you will consider my request at the earliest convenience.
Yours Faithfully,
Apoorva Chikara
