Dear Mr. Peter
I would like to permit me to take two weeks leave from 20th May till 2nd June to finish my Master’s Degree on Project Management which I am pursing since last year from Arizona University.
I have Thesis submission on 22nd May and followed by final exams form 24th till June 2nd. I will utilize 14 days from the balance available annual leave that I Have saved for the exam. I have discussed with our team, Sara & Jones to handle some of my responsibilities during absence. In the meantime, I will be available through email, telephone to handle any emergency situations. I would stretch myself during weekends to catch up with anything I had missed, during my absence.
Even though my absence may create an inconvenience to the team, I can assure that my completion of this qualification will assist me in deliver better results as this course helps me to understand the project management better. In addition to that, I can contribute my knowledge I gained in training & development program for my colleagues.
