Dear Mr Smith,
Thank you for allowing me a day off to attend the Computer Operating System conference hosted by Google Cloud in Chicago. The conference helped me to gain insights about the recent technologies and trends in the computer networking space. I would like to share this knowledge with other teams in our company via a presentation.
I am planning to prepare a Microsoft power point presentation to express the ideas in an organised manner. The presentation will contain relevant examples along with a link to training website to keep the audience engaged with some hands-on practice.
Although the conference covered a vast array of topics, I don't want my audience to be overwhelmed by the content. So I have planned to cover three main topics: Computer Operating System commands, Computer Networking and computer virtual machines.
I think it will be beneficial for online, hardware and data acquisition teams to attend this presentation. However, given the current workload, the attendance will be optional. The auditorium at 10th floor should be the best place to conduct this presentation as it has a really good projector and speaker system.
Please let me know for any other suggestions.
Yours sincerely,
Keith Vanecko.
