I am writing this letter to you in order to grant me consent to conduct an informative speech about a healthy lifestyle. The primary cause to undertake this presentation is that I have attended a convention about the risks of unhealthy life which was beneficial because I acquire extensive knowledge about this subject so that I will be rejoiced to impart this information.
In fact, the speech will cover a number of ways to transform our sedentary lifestyle to an active and healthy one, by eating wholesome food and exercising on a daily basis. This demonstration will take from 30 to 45 minutes.

It aims those who have not only determination be also persistence to improve the quality of their lives. I think that the auditorium would be expedient to carry out the informative speech.
