I am writing this letter to you in order to grant me consent to conduct an informative speech about a healthy lifestyle. The primary cause to undertake this presentation is that I have attended a convention about the risks of unhealthy life which was beneficial because I acquire extensive knowledge about this subject so that I will be rejoiced to impart this information.
In fact, the speech will cover a number of ways to transform our sedentary lifestyle to an active and healthy one, by eating wholesome food and exercising on a daily basis. This demonstration will take from 30 to 45 minutes.
Hence, I would like to draw your attention regarding the attendees who partake in this presentation. It aims those who have not only determination be also persistence to improve the quality of their lives. I think that the auditorium would be expedient to carry out the informative speech.
