Dear Jim,
First of all, thanks for inviting me to this interesting and useful conference. I am writing this to seek your permission to give a presentation about customer engagement skills and strategies. I would like to share my knowledge with my colleagues which I gained from the conference.
In the conference, they covered essential topics such as customer engagement technics and how to improve the effective communication skills while conducting market trading. They also cover the current issues often reported due to poor consumer interaction and propose alternate solutions to address these problems. So, I think the information is extremely valuable and I want to share with all staffs with your permission.
As we are in marketing firm, I suppose everyone in our organization should participate in this briefing. Because I want to talk about new methods, approaches and ethics which are unique and beneficial to improve the conversation with our customers. It’s a one hour session and I want to conduct this in the seminar hall of our company. I hope you would consider my proposal and allow me to present my views to others.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Shravan
