Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing regarding my lost pieces of paper which I do think I left at your hotel.
I am Hiva Farahani the coordinate manager of the General Motors company. The arrangement manager of your hotel must know me due to the fact that I reserve the hotel's meeting Hall almost three time a week for our organization's guest. Two days ago we had a meeting in the sky lounge and I think the client's agreement folder has been left by me on the big desk near the internal hall.
These pieces of paper are highly vital to our organization based on two Potent reasons. First and foremost they include the client's confidential information. Secondly, This is the original format and I do not have any copies of them and actually, it is not feasible to ask the client to sign another since he went to his country yesterday.
I would appreciate it if you tell your staffs to search over the area that we were sitting on Sunday evening. The folder is yellow and I know the desk which I put the folder on normally is not be cleaned on a regular basis that is why no one has not seen it yet.
I am thankful for your attention to this matter.
You can reach me via email at hivafara@gmail.com.
I am eager to earn your response as soon as possible.
Respectfully yours,
Hiva Farhani, coordinator manager, General Motors
