At least 150 words. No address. Start from.
Dear Sir or Madam,
Dear Madam,
I am writing to inform you about my recent visit to your hotel, where I happen to misplace some very important documents, which I realized are missing only when I got home.
On Monday afternoon, I attended a business meeting at the 'Shamiana' restaurant on the 2nd level. A fire alarm went off and all the guests were asked to evacuate the restaurant immediately. Hurryingly, I must have left my file on the table where I was seated. We occupied the round table near the terrace exit. We were moved to the cafeteria where the meeting was successfully continued, and we eventually left straight from there.
It is my utmost priority to retrieve that file. It is a contract signed with our new associated partners. The file is yellow in color with a big blue logo on its cover. My company largely depends on this deal.
I would be highly obliged if you could please check with your staff and the restaurant manager for my missing possession. I request you to contact me on my personal number as soon as you find it. My number is 77888777787.
I will need to lodge a police complaint if I am unable to find my documents by tomorrow afternoon. I hope you will do the needful at the earliest.
Yours Sincerely,
Kathleen Kaur
