Dear Sir or Madam,
On March 1, 2021, I bought a black double-breasted jacket from your store. The jacket was small-sized and made from cotton. I paid $455 for the jacket on my credit card.
Unfortunately, the poor quality of this jacket makes me very disappointed. First of all, there was a small hole in the back, which looks like a rip of some kind and the stitching has unravelled. In addition, there were 2 out of 4 buttons have came off the jacket. Therefore, I return your shop and asked for a replacement or refund. However, one of the staff Mr Robert refused to give me a refund because it was not the policy of the store.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate it if your company can pick up the poor-quality jacket and refund the $455 I paid. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until March 14, 2021, before seeking help from the consumer protection office.
Yours faithfully,
Chris Wong
