Dear Sir/Madame,
I am writing this letter in regards to the problems faced by me and other passengers while using Green bus in sector 29, New Delhi.
There are various problem I would like to share with you. The driver was rash driving despite of telling him multiple times to drive in a smooth manner by the passengers. Another issue was with the seats of the bus, maximum number of seats were broken and not in usable condition.
Passengers had faced lot of inconvenience due to this as an old man got injured due to rash driving by the driver. In addition, first aid kit was also not available in the bus. Thankfully, some fellow passenger was having some ointment which helped the old man. Maximum passengers were standing due to poor condition of seats, and many passengers were senior citizens who faced lot of discomfort.
I am suggesting possible changes which can prevent such incidents from happening again. There should be proper training of drivers before taking them on board for work. In other words, a proper code of conduct should be in place which should be followed by them. Furthermore, renovation of buses can be really helpful as it is very troublesome for the passengers to stand for entire journey.
