Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I am writing this letter to complain you about the adversities which are faced by public transport users in my vicinity.
There are several problems which I would like to inform you. Firstly, behavior of the drivers is very rude with the passengers. Secondly, bus is not coming as per the time-table published by your company. Therefore, I think these issues should be addressed.
I would like to elucidate that harsh behavior of your staff creates conflicts between commuters and your employees. In addition to that, people unable to reach at their work-place on time due to which they have to suffer a lot.
Few things I would like to recommend you as a solution. Firstly, training should be organized in your company to teach your staff that how to behave appropriately with customers. Secondly, penalty should be charged from the driver who come late from the given time.
I hope, you will think about these problems and reply me at your earliest convenience.
