Some possible solutions
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to you regarding some difficulties faced by me at our sports club. Let me explain to you in more detail.
I have take enrolment last week for the club membership for practicing cricket under19 cadre. As this academy is having a good reputation in our city and I think my hidden talent got immeresed with the help of coaching staff towards cricket and I could reserved a seat at the national team. also I am confident that with my hard efforts and my zeal towards cricket, build my career prospects.
Although, while joining the academy it seems to me negatively and I found that the sports equipment needed such as cricket mat, net have to be immediately repaired as they are quite old and Further the balls, stumps and pads should be replaced with new ones. As, our whole members are facing problems. Secondly the coaching staff is provided is only 1 for a capacity of 40 players, who cannot cater the need of individual and even some day he was absent also.
In view of aforementioned points, I hubmly request you to kindly replaced and repaired the necessary equipmentand also recruit another good knowledgable person due to improper management or if possible change the slot of my timing, so that I can explore the opportunity.
Hope to see positive response from your side.
Regards,
Ram
