You recently ordered something online. When the delivery came it was not complete.
Write a letter to the company.
In your letter:-
1. Explain what you ordered and what was missing from your delivery.
2. Explain the importance of this delivery.
3. Ask for a replacement item to be sent.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention that I recently ordered a pair of shoes from your online store and I found something missing which is a very important requirement.
Last week on Saturday night I placed an order for a pair of Nike Airmax shoes under your online flagship sale of flat 50%. However, it was delivered yesterday at my house address when I was away and after checking them I noticed that the shoe was dispatched without having shoelaces and I have also attached a picture for your reference.
It was quite disappointing, as I order them for my brother who is turning 18 a day after tomorrow and I ordered shoes well in advance so that I must receive them before his special day comes. However, because of this incomplete shipment from your side, I won’t be able to surprise my brother with his favorite shoes out of all.
Would you kindly check with your supplier and send me the replacement as soon as possible and if I have to drop this incomplete package to any courier service in my locality just to speed up the delivery process, I would love to help you with that.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours Faithfully
Karan Gulati
