Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing in express to the disappointment faced by the team members of the meeting, which held a couple of weeks ago in your prestigious civic hotel. Let me elaborate in details.
To be more specific, the reviews to the menu of a hotel was given 5 star. So i had decided to choose hotel along the informational presentation with a collaboration of clients of the company. At the beginning, they were astonished with the interior decoration of the sitting availability as well as stationary provided by the hotel staff for the help notes. Also, they were quite impressed with the pleasant sound system which enabled them to listen conveniently especially to the back sitters.
In the middle, when there was a round to get some lunch break they were long-faced with the catering services. At first. the food was stale and was underrated. As, the contract signed for the catering of three dishes and providing them round table service of eating the lunch. Besides, they were forced to eat while stand up. All these had put me in sorrow as two of the coworkers met with food poisoning due to the unpleasant food offered with a basic standard despite of guaranteed special menu.
At the end, I far as I am concerned I shall suggest you to the enhance the standard of your menu. Likewise, food should be checked and scrutinized under the food staff.
I shall look forward towards the favorable changes towards the menu of your hotel in the next meeting.
