Dear Mr. Sharma,
I am writing this to provide a feedback on your hotel services, which have been experienced last week by me and my team. First of all, i would like to give you a special thanks to personally handle this event and making it perfect for all of us.
Further, the ambiance and all the sitting arrangements were up to the mark, and refreshments served in the morning were amazing, and we really enjoyed special drinks offered during the first-half of the meeting. However, in spite of your personal surveillance, my team did not like the lunch served after the meeting. As per them, not only it was cold but also the taste of every dish, which was served, was pathetic. Many of them even did not have their lunch owing to this reason, so they left displeased with this hotel.
Although all the other services were admirable, i wanted to submit this feedback so you would take required action and ameliorate the quality of the food section. You can check with your chef and revise their recipes for few dishes, which were prepared for us and alert them for presenting such a cold meal to the guests, which were not suppose to happen in a reputed hotel.
