You recently organised an all day meeting for your company, which took place in a local hotel. In their feedback, participants at the meeting said that they liked the hotel, but they were unhappy about the food that was served for lunch. Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

Say what the participant liked about the hotel.
Explain why they were unhappy about the hotel.
Suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in futures.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter in connection with the event I organized in your hotel at 29th Dec 2018. I am from “Capgemini India Private Limited” and our participants adored the all-day meeting held in your hotel. Most of our team members liked the contemporary design of the meeting hall, projector sound quality, snacks and the enough parking slot.

Although our employees liked the hotel ambience, but they were unhappy about the food that was served for lunch. Amount of oil and too much of spicy didn’t went well in most of the items. Most of our employees preferred to eat vegetarian food which was served very less in quantity.

Except last meeting other meetings in this year went well. So, we recommend you speak to the cooking department to take few measures based on the client’s interest. Send us the list of food items prior to the event date, this would help us to give any suggestions if may need. I hope this issue would be solved in upcoming meetings.

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Yours faithfully,
Sreenivasan M
