Dear Sir,
My name is James Allen and I am writing this letter to give my feedback on your recent stay at your hotel. To be more precise, we received your hospitality on October 6th for our organization’s daylong meeting.
To begin with, I would like to reiterate what our guests most liked about your hotel. The welcome at the reception was very warm. Everyone loved the ambience and conference space provided for the meeting. Staff personnel were very attentive to everyone’s requests and they outdid themselves in providing exceptional service.
On the contrary, our participants were not very delighted about the food. To state the few reasons, food was cold, and menu was not correct. We specifically requested vegan dishes for few of our friends but there was no provision of that. Moreover, when requested, head chef denied making arrangements and was not helpful.
Finally, since we have been giving our business to you for many years and we trust in your brand, I would like to suggest few ideas which might be helpful to improve the quality of food. First of all, you should provide proper training on food preparation to your cafeteria staff. In addition, you should also talk to your chef about honoring the last minute request as it only gives an opportunity to your staff to test their caliber and provide top notched service.
I hope if you can look into this matter and also improve your services so that we continue to enjoy your hospitality in the future.
Sincerely,
James Allen
