You recently organized an all-day meeting for your company, which took place in a local hotel. In their feedback, participants at the meeting said that they like the hotel, but they were unhappy about the food that was served for lunch.
Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter:
• Say what the participants like about the hotel
• explain why they were unhappy about the food
• suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in future
Dear sir,
I am writing this letter in connection to the last meeting of my company which was organised by me in your prestigious hotel. It was organised for around 40 people who gave their feedback on the scale from worst to best.
Firstly, most of them highly rated that it was spacious and surroundings were hygienic, as they took care of current ongoing pandemic disease. All staff members were well-dressed since they were wearing masks and gloves appropriately. Secondly, all employees loved the architecture of hotel because they were fascinated by ample of parking space available in front of the hotel.
However, unfortunately, while all of them made complaints about food stuff that was served on that day. First of all, they served food very late and most of the items were cooked stale, even the fried rice with chicken was over cooked. Apart from it, most of the cuisines were not available at the moment but were listed in the Menu.
Overall I would like to suggest you should try to improve food quality and provide variety of dishes that should be served on time.
I hope you will look into this matter that will certainly make a difference to your hotel status.
Yours Sincerely,
Ravinder Singh
