Dear Sir,
I am writing to you in reference to give a feedback on a recent event organized by my company at your hotel. I would like to let you that most of the reviews have been positive about the hotel except the food.
The participants liked the ambience of the hotel along with the customer service offered at this event however the food inclusive of various snacks and cuisines served was not well prepared as most of the participants complained that the there was some foul smell coming from the food especially the snacks.
Thus, I would suggest doing a prior check especially on the food for the company events as it does spoil the hotel's reputation in a long run due to the fact that most of the people post a review online. I hope that you will investigate the matter and take appropriate action so the same is not repeated for future events.
