You recently rented an apartment and you are quite happy with it but you want to suggest a renovation. Write a letter to the landlord about your suggestion. In your letter, you should tell:
-Your appreciation of current condition -
-What is the renovation and why? -
-What is the benefits of your suggestion?
Dear Mr. Jones,
I hope you are doing well by the grace of Almighty. As you know, I am your tenant for the past two years, and I liked to live as a renter in your house.
I am glad to see some of modifications that you have made outside and inside the house. One is the plantation in the garden area and another is changing electrical appliances as they were getting outdated. However, there are some things required to refurbished your house to make it attractive to the neighborhood.
Since it is an old building, it requires to be painted from outside and inside as the house has not been painted over a decade. Moreover, the old furniture requires to be exchange with a new one which includes beds, sofas, and a dinning table.
All these changes will increase the value of your house. If you need a suggestion for colors that required for paint, I would suggest you to go for light and brighter colors. Not only it will make your house attractive but also colorful in the society. Moreover, you can visit to our local mall where an IKEA furniture shop is selling a furniture at a nominal cost because of ongoing festival sale. I hope that I have provided the suggestion you required to renovate the house in a full maintenance manner.
I am looking forward to hear a positive response from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Shwatank Bhasin
