You recently stayed in a hotel and left an item in the room. Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter:
• describe the item that you left in the room
• explain where you think the item might be
• suggest how the manager can return the item to you
Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing this letter with regards to one of the item that I forgot to take it with me and I am sure I left it in the room. Let me explain you the item.
It’s a brown colored folder containing important indenture. Also, it has a flip button on the upper side with a zipped pocket at the back side. On top of it, there is a small sticker pasted on right hand corner with my name written on it.
As far as I remember, I was having incredible time with one of my guest having coffee in the morning. We were sitting in front of window facing garden. There was a coffee table and I was reading some of my document. So I must have left it over there.
I would like to request you, to return that predominant file on the address mentioned at the sticker pasted once you open the folder. Moreover, you will find some rupees in the pocket of the file. So you can use the same money to courier it to me.
I look forward to hearing from you
Yours sincerely
Urvashi
