You recently stayed in a hotel and left an item in the room. Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter:
• describe the item that you left in the room
• explain where you think the item might be
• suggest how the manager can return the item to you
Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing this letter to request you to return one of the item that I forgot to take it with me. My name is Urvashi saxena and I stayed in room no 318 on 22nd july-23rd July. Let me explain you the article.
It’s a brown colored folder containing important indenture. Also, it has a flip button on the upper side with a zipped pocket at the back side. On top of it, there is a small sticker pasted on right hand corner with my name written on it.
As far as I remember, I was having incredible time with one of my guest. Not only we were having enjoyment but also was discussing on few agreements lying in the file. There was a coffee table. So I must have left it over there.
I would be grateful, if you could return that predominant file on the address mentioned at the sticker pasted once you open the folder. Moreover, you will find some rupees in the pocket of the file, you can use the same money to courier the item to me. Besides, do not unfold any of the papers as it might disturb its serial order. Also, I am available on the number 8294336948.
I look forward to hearing from you
Yours sincerely
Urvashi
