You recently stayed in a hotel on a business trip. You later discovered that you had left somethings behind at the hotel.
Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In you letter
- Give details of your stay at the hotel
- Describe the things you left
- Say what you want the manager to do
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter about items that I left in my room during my business trip at your hotel from the 1st to the 2nd of Feb 2022.
I was attending a conference by the Construction Association, a 2-day event at your hotel. I also stayed on the 7th floor in room number 71.
While I am staying in the room, I remember leaving my pen and a book on hockey by K Dev in the bedside drawer. It is a big book with pictures of hockey players. The size is about 15 inches by 12 inches and looks like magazine. The pen is a regular pen but it has my initial “SS” on it.
Kindly check in the lost and found and hold it for me. I will be back to Mumbai next week and I will come to collect it myself.
Please call me to confirm that it is safe with you on 5556744440 and I am waiting for your call.
Thanking you.
Yours sincerely,
Suki Sangi
