Dear Mr Walker,
I am Chris Wong who is a part-time computer operator. I have been enjoying my work but some issues have been raised that need your interference to resolve and hoping for your intercession to solve them.
I joined the company for the last four weeks and gained experience where supporting my university tuition were my reason to take a job. My job contract was to work for three days ad week from 2:00 to 6:00 pm. However, I have been working from 2:00 to 10:00 pm for the last couple of days because the person who is supposed to come at 7:30 pm sharp does up show up until 10 pm.
In addition, my supervisor forces me to work on Fridays, which contradict my class schedule. I hope you would understand the issue and really appreciate it if you could talk to our supervisor about these problems.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours Sincerely,
Chris Wong
