You recently visited a store to repair your computer, but they couldn’t fix it. Write a letter to the store manager and say
– What was the problem with your computer?
– What happened in the store?
– What do you want them to do about it?
Dear ABC
I am writing this letter with reference to my computer(Dell-995) which I purchased a month ago from your store.
Everything was perfect, I get used to with the system and one day I got an update, once I installed the update it starts making a weird noise and shut down automatically, and after that, it would not start.
I take that system at your store, and the action of your staff on 25 April upset me greatly. As he straight away denies to repair it even though it is under the warranty instead, he advised me to buy a new product by paying extra money for that product.
Since actions speak louder than words, I would like you to get my system repaired as early as possible, because my work gets stuck of this. If you require any further assistance please don not hesitate to call me at 999954661. Thanking you in advance for your help and understanding and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely
XYZ
