Dear Sir or Madam,
My friends and I rent one of your properties and I am writing to inform you of some issues that we are having.
The house we are renting in has four bedrooms and there are three of us sharing it. Our rent was recently increased and, as we are all students, it is a little difficult for us to afford. It's a very nice house that suits us perfectly but at the moment some repairs are needed. The upstairs shower seems to be leaking in to the kitchen below and as a result, some of our groceries stored in the cabinets were spoiled. We are also worried as there is no front gate which makes the house less secure.
We would be grateful if you get the problems fixed as soon as possible. Finally, we would like to ask if it is possible to invite a friend of ours to share the rent and occupy the spare bedroom.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Your's faithfully,
Jonathon
