You saw an advertisement for a tennis course in England but you have one or two problems and can’t stay the whole course.
Write a letter to the course director. In your letter,
• explain your interest in the course
• describe your problems
• find out if a refund is possible
Dear Sir,
I am writing this to enquire about the advertisement about the new tennis course in Bath, England but before signing in I would like to clear certain quires.
I am very curious about learning tennis hence I decided to join the course at your institute. As per the advert, the course length is of three months. I will be free from my class next week therefore, I am intended to join this course after that.
Unfortunately, I cannot complete the whole course because I have booked my ticket to my home country as I have to attend my sister’s marriage. I will be coming back after one and a half months approximately.
I would like to enquire what is the course fee. Either I will get a refund from my fee if I attended only a month's course. Also let me know, the documents required for applying for the course if I am eligible.
Look forward to hearing from your end.
Yours Faithfully,
Jot
