Dear Robert,
Hello, how are you? Hope that you are having a joyous time. I am writing this letter to let you know that due to some reason I will not be able to accept the birthday invitation of your daughter Julie.
I wish Julie a very Happy Birthday. May all her wishes and desires come true. I would also like to thank you for inviting me to her birthday party. I want to be a part of the birthday party but due to office work pressure it will be difficult for me to attend her birthday party.
Last month, I was promoted to the position of senior manager in my organisation and I have to manage all the work and ensure that there are o faults and flaws. Moreover, since it is the end of the financial year there is a lot of work pressure and many crucial projects of the organisation has to be completed within the deadline to ensure company’s growth an investor’s satisfaction.
I will organise all my work in the office and will plan a visit to meet you and Julie in Canada next month. I will try to stay with you for a couple of days and we will have a lot of fun and enjoyment.
Once again, I apologise for not being a part of Julie’s Birthday party.
I hope to see you soon. Take care.
With love,
Prabhpreet Kaur
