Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter in reference to complain about the quality of meal I had at your restaurant last week. Let me explain in detail.
To elucidate I am a regular diner at your restaurant therefore I had taken my family on a Easter dinner to your restaurant “The Impromptu". Although I have had a great dining experience especially in the alfresco part of the restaurant which provides a panoramic view of the lake however last week we had underwhelming experience. To begin with, despite of our reservation in the alfresco part of restaurant we will made to sit in the basement. additionally the food ordered was stale and bland especially the main course. Moreover the staff also seemed uncooperative despite of our request to change the meals.
Hence I would like you to take an appropriate action as it spoils your hotels reputation. As you are aware most of the diners put reviews about their dining experience online thus a bad review will have an effect on your business too. additionally I would also require a 50 percent discount on my next meal as a compensation.
I look forward to your response and hope you are able to improve next time.
Yours sincerely
