Dear Sir,
My name is David and yesterday, along with my family, visited your restaurant to celebrate my daughters academic achievement.
As mentioned above, my daughter successfully finished her graduate program with distinction. Hence, we decided to commemorate her accomplishment with sumptuous meal at your hotel. However, the reason, our not so pleasant experience prompted me to write this letter. It's not my intention to be pedantic, but none of us enjoyed the food. Infact, our otherwise wonderful evening, spending time at your restaurant spoiled the whole experience.
Our disappointment started with starters, which arrived after 30 minutes of our order. Not to mention sour and pale soup which also ruined our appetite. On the other hand, main course was served cold and half boiled which made us to return the items. Even after raising concerns, with floor manager, no action was taken to serve us fresh and hot cuisine. Nevertheless, we had to leave the place with unsatisfaction after paying extravagant bill.
After explaining myself, it only sound's logical to seek full refund of our money. Therefore, I expect you to payback all the amount within fortnight. Further, I request you to double check quality of all ingredients before placing them on costumer table. Undoubtedly, your staff response was not quick and shows no sign of hospitality. Hence, I strongly recommend you either to recruit experienced members or train existing candidates. If possible, sending an apology letter from your team will cheer-up my daughter.
Hope my feedback letter will help to improvise your services and look forward to hear from you.
Yours sincerely,
David
