Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Rakesh Kumar Soni, resident of Charni Road (Mumbai) regularly use your train to commute to and from my office. The recent changes in train schedule is causing lot of sufferings for commuters like me and I hope if you could consider in revision of timetable.
Let me explain my situation in more details. I work for a construction company and several other officers follows the same schedule as mine to reach the work place. I used to take one of your trains at 7:50am from Charni Road and usually reach the destination by 8:30am in morning. The train drops me at Andheri Station which is very to near to my office at a walk-able distance.
Sadly, due to recent changes in train schedule the train now no longer stops at Andheri Station, instead it stops at Bhayendar station which is almost 20km from Andheri. As a result we need to travel few extra miles to reach our office and that too when the rush from Bhayendar coming to Andheri side is at the peak level. Almost all buses and trains are overcrowded. Unfortunately, many commuters like me reach late to office which is directly affecting to our productivity. Consequently everyone is upset with your service.
I request you to please revised the timetable and reinstate the 7:50 AM’s train to stop Andheri station, which will enable me and my fellow passenger to reach their workplace on time.
Yours Faithfully,
Rakesh Soni
