You use trains to reach office but the timetable of the train has been changed recently. Write a letter to railway authorities for the revised timetable, and the train you take to work no longer stops at your station.
In your letter:
introduce yourself
what are the problems caused due to the changes
what you suggest them to do
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Rakesh Kumar Soni, resident of Charni Road. I regularly use your train service to and from the office. The recent changes in the train schedule is causing lot of sufferings for commuters like me and I hope if you could consider the revision in the time-table.
Let me explain the situation in detail. I work for a construction company and several other officers follows the same schedule of mine to reach to their workplace. I used to take one of your train service at 7:50am from Charni Road and reach the destination by 8:30 am in the morning. The train drops me at Andheri station which is quite near to my office at a walkable distance.
However, due to recent changes in the schedule the train do not stops at Andheri Station, instead it stops at Bhayender station which is almost 20Km away from our office. As a result we need to travel few extra miles to reach our workplace. Moreover, the rush coming from Bhayender to Andheri is at the peak level due to this the buses and trains are overcrowded. Unfortunately, many commuters like me are not able to reach office on time which is affecting our productivity and our performance. Consequently, everyone is upset with your service.
I would request you to revise the timetable and reinstate 7:50 am train service from Charni to stop at Andheri station, which will enable all the commuters like me to reach their workplace on time.
Yours faithfully,
Rakesh Soni
