I intend to write this letter to recommend a skillful professional for the available vacant position of service design expert in our organization. His name is Sam, 33 years old corporate professional with 9 years of diversified experience in the field of customer insights, design thinking and pioneer of service design concept inculcator in his previous organization. I and Sam are the same school graduates and we had shared the same room in the hostel as well. So I am well aware of his personal and professional expertise.
Sam has a tremendous track record of incorporating Service Design methodologies in some big multinational companies like Telenor and Citi Bank. He has been an influential asset that changed people’s perspective of handling corporate issues. His role has been instrumental in inculcating customer feedback in any new product development. Academically he is a certified scrum master and holds a Master degree in Design thinking from the Stanford University of London. I feel honored referring him to the aforementioned position as I am quite certain that he is going to add a lot of value using his skillsets and for building foundations of the service design concept in our organization.
