Hi Calvin,
Trust that you are well.
I am excited about writing this letter to congratulate you moving in your new house in New York. I think it would be a great place for your family especially when you soon to have a baby.
Besides the congratulations, I hereby bring something that you might interested that I found a set of dining chairs in my store when I cleared my house last month. However, there are some scratches on the surface of these chairs but not noticeable. Chairs are built in wood and manufactured in China, and I bought it two years ago from a furniture warehouse named FIGTREE. Since it is second-hand furniture, I can hand over to you by a moderate price if you are keen to have it.
Please feel free to drop me a call if you want to verify further details about its condition. I would also like to invite you to come to my house next weekend to have a physical inspection. At last, I would like to wish you a great week.
Regards,
Oscar. K
