You want to sell your television. You think a friend of yours might like to buy it from you. Write a letter to your friend.
In your letter:
• Explain why you are selling the television
• Describe the television
• Suggest a date when your friend can come and see it
Dear Sajith,
Hope this letter finds you well.I am writing this letter to tell you that I am planning to sell my television. It is a 64 inch wide-screen Apple TV with all the latest features. Also,it is in warranty period. We bought it around 6 months ago and is in a very good condition. It inculdes battery bag, remote, internet dongle and an Amazon voucher.
The reason for selling my television is we are buying a new LCD for our drawing room.As you are aware that we have shifted to a new house which is much more bigger than the previous one. That's why we thought LCD will suit best in the drawing room.Drawing room wall is wide and it will be easy to fit.
Before shifting, you came to our old flat and you said you liked my big TV.So I thought to ask you first.Next Friday at 6 o'clock would be feasible for me. Let me know your availibility for the same. I will come home early from office that day as my project is over.So we can spend some time together as well.
Best Regards,
Suresh Menon
