You want to sell your television. You think a friend of yours might like to buy it from you. Write a letter to your friend.
In your letter:
• Explain why you are selling the television
• Describe the television
• Suggest a date when your friend can come and see it
Dear James,
I hope you are doing well. I’m so excited to let you know that I got a new job in Ahmedabad, and I’ll be relocating there by the end of this month. Unfortunately, I can’t take my electronic equipment including TV as the new house has all of them! So I thought to ask you if you might be interested in buying my TV at a cheaper rate.
It’s a Sony 32-inch LED TV 2015 model (model number 32EX-23489). It has two USB ports and one HDMI port so you can connect your laptop as well as a removable device to watch a movie or listen to music.
I’ll be leaving by the 30th of this month, so if you want to see it, you can come next week on 21st or 22nd. Let me know if you can’t make it so that I can find other buyers.
Waiting for your response.
All the best,
Parth
