You want to sell your television. You think a friend of yours might like to buy it from you. Write a letter to your friend.
In your letter:
• Explain why you are selling the television
• Describe the television
• Suggest a date when your friend can come and see it
Dear Glinka,
How are you doing? it's been a long time since we catch up with each other. I hope all is well. Actually I decided to write you a letter to know if you are interested in buying my 40 inches flat screen television.
Last week, my husband bought a bigger size which is 60 inches because he wanted to have a wider screen while watching his favorite tv sports. To be honest I don't like to sell it because it's still new and in good condition, however, I couldn't find any space in my house to place it.
if you want to check for the functioning of the tv, you can visit my house. Just let me know when is your preferred time so I can prepare your favorite meal and spend some time together. I don't mind if you will bring your kids with you so they can also catch up with Anna.
I'm excited to seeing you again.
Regards,
Jessica
